Hydraulic crane operator — Grand Traverse County

Now hiring: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. The role involves rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
