Flatlock machine operator — County of Ceredigion

Immediate opening: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in County of Ceredigion, Wales. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance On a typical shift you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality.
