Argon welding operator — Pulaski County

Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Pulaski County, Missouri. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination The role involves: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
