Meat trimmer wanted in Scott County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Scott County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
