On a typical shift you will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it 4+ years on the tools preferred.
