Crawler crane operator — Winston County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Winston County, Alabama. You will be based on a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Strong attention to safety and load limits You will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius.
