Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Fountain County, Indiana. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine The role involves: • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
