Fine-dining server wanted in Faribault County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Faribault County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Performance bonus on top of base pay.
