Powder coating operator — Brazos County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Brazos County, Texas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time with occasional weekends.
