Quality checker — Roosevelt County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality checker in Roosevelt County, New Mexico. On the job you will handle: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
