Press setter operator — Ingawa

Join our team: we are hiring a press setter operator in Ingawa, Katsina State. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Day to day you will record output and downtime on the production sheet; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components.
