Now hiring: we are hiring a chiller technician in Labette County, Kansas. You will be based at a food processing plant. You should have: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds Day-to-day duties: • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
