Lathe operator — Jones County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe operator in Jones County, Texas. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills The role involves: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing Overtime paid at a premium rate.
