Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Ellsworth County, Kansas. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Your main tasks: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
