Grill cook • Garko, Kano State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Garko, Kano State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
