Electrostatic spray painter — Jos South

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Jos South, Plateau State. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
