Dishwashing attendant — Walker County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Walker County, Alabama. You will work in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
