Immediate opening: packing operative (California)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a packing operative in Nevada County, California. You will be based in a food packaging factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities Your main tasks: • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Record production counts on the shift sheet Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
