Marble polisher — Walker County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a marble polisher in Walker County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades. Requirements: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
