Trainee butcher wanted in Kuje

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Kuje, Federal Capital Territory. The job is at a halal meat counter. On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
