Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Rhea County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts.
