Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
