Head baker wanted in Sanga

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Sanga, Kaduna State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
