Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On a typical shift you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; clear and reset tables between covers. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
