Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter in Graham County, Arizona. The job is at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Day to day you will clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller.
