Prep cook — Waseca County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Waseca County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Part-time with flexible hours.
