Gas pipe fitter — Rock County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Rock County, Nebraska. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. You will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
