Site safety steward — Somervell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a site safety steward in Somervell County, Texas. You will work at an oil and gas facility. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces The role involves stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
