Shakeout operator wanted in Carroll County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Carroll County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Full-time, day shift.
