Roofing foreman • Rains County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Rains County, Texas. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. The role involves torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
