We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Huron County, Ohio. The role involves report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $23 per hour plus benefits.
