Requirements: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker The role involves bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors.
