Lift mechanic wanted in Calhoun County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Calhoun County, Michigan. Day to day you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
