Commis chef • Kenton County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Kenton County, Kentucky. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
