Head butcher — Saluda County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Saluda County, South Carolina. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Rotating shifts.
