Deboner — Coffee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Coffee County, Georgia. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $140 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
