Chef de partie wanted in Madison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Madison County, Indiana. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
