Protective coatings painter — Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Douglas County, Colorado. You will be based in a paint and spray workshop. On a typical shift you will mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; sand and fill walls before applying primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls. Requirements: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
