Crawler crane operator — Monroe County

Join our team: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Monroe County, Tennessee. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. The role involves carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Six days a week, one day off.
