Machine setter-operator — Frederick County

Now hiring: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Frederick County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges On a typical shift you will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line.
