Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Harrison County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Part-time with flexible hours.
