Production operative — Akamkpa

Now hiring: we are hiring a production operative in Akamkpa, Cross River State. The job is at an injection moulding unit. Day to day you will report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; set up and start the machine as per the job card; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. Requirements: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Part-time with flexible hours.
