Vacancy available: we are hiring a power float operator in District of Rutland, England. What we are looking for: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds The role involves cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing.
