Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Wise County, Virginia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
