Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Vernon County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
