Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Dickinson County, Michigan. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 4+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
