Retail butcher — Ifedore

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Ifedore, Ondo State. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
