Meat cutter — Nantucket County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Nantucket County, Massachusetts. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
