Immediate opening: formwork erector (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Wharton County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
