Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
